 1 kg of fresh sea bream
 50 g of grated Pecorino Romano PDO
 4 potatoes
 2 garlic cloves
 Parsley
 Extra virgin olive oil
 Salt, pepper

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Start by chopping the garlic cloves and parsley and cutting the previously peeled potatoes into slices. Spray a baking dish with olive oil and arrange half the amount of chopped parsley, potatoes and cheese.

Then, put the cleaned fish on an baking dish and sprinkle it with the rest of the ingredients.

Season with salt and pepper and place the dish with the ingredients in the oven. Bake for approximately 40 minutes, ocasionally stirring the fish and patatoes to prevent sticking.
