 100 g of serrano ham
 500 g of figs
 Fresh basil leaves
 Extra virgin olive oil

We start by washing the figs well and drying them with kitchen paper. Then, we cut them into four slices, making a cross cut and place them on a plate.

We assemble everything by placing a basil leaf on each slice of fig and then wrapping it with the ham. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on top.
