Grapes with cheese

 1 l of natural grape juice
 200 ml of sweet wine
 500 g of grapes
 70 g of cured cheese

Pour the grape juice into a saucepan and bring to a boil until it is approximately reduced to half. We pour the remaining juice in a container and put it in the freezer. To obtain grape slush, we wait 1h and stir with a utensil. We repeat the process one more time.

Then, boil the sweet wine to evaporate the alcohol, remove from the heat and reserve until its cool.

Meanwhile, wash the grapes and cut them in half (remove the seeds if there are any). Break the cured cheese into small pieces.

Put all the ingredients in a deep plate or bowl: the grapes with the sweet wine, cheese and the slush.
