
1.20 kg fresh tuna
½ cup sesame, poppy and flax seeds

Cut tuna into thick slices of approximately 180g each. Set aside chilled.

Put the seed mix in a bowl, add grated lemon zest and mix. Season the tuna with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Pass the tuna slices through the seed mixture pressing each side well.

Heat the olive oil I na pan and seal the slices on all sides, 30 seconds per side.

Remove and cut into pieces.

Serve immediately with a garnish of baked potatoes with salt, pepper and parlsey.
