50 g of grated Pecorino Romano PDO
4 potatoes

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Start by chopping the garlic cloves and parsley and cutting the previously peeled potatoes into slices. Spray a baking dish with olive oil and distribute half the amount of chopped parsley, potatoes and cheese.

Then, put the cleaned fish on an oven dish and sprinkle it with the rest of the ingredients.

Season with salt and pepper and place the dish with the ingredients in the oven. Leave for approximately 40 minutes, moving the dish from time to time to prevent the fish and potatoes from sticking.
