2 leeks
2 zucchinis
6 eggs
200 ml cream for cooking
100 g grated cheese
4 tbsp virgin olive oil

Wash and cut the vegetables very thin.

Heat a bit of olive oil in a pan and add the onions and leeks when hot.

Add the zucchini and let cook for about 10 minutes.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Add the mixture to the leek, onion and zucchini. Mix well and put it in a baking tin and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes or until the cake is well set.

Remove from the oven and let cool, unmold and serve.
