1 l of natural grape juice
200 ml of sweet wine
500 g of grapes
70 g of cured cheese
1
Pour the grape juice into a saucepan and bring to a boil until it is approximately reduced to half. We pour the remaining juice in a container and put it in the freezer. To obtain grape slush, we wait 1h and stir with a utensil. We repeat the process one more time.
2
Then, boil the sweet wine to evaporate the alcohol, remove from the heat and reserve until its cool.
3
Meanwhile, wash the grapes and cut them in half (remove the seeds if there are any). Break the cured cheese into small pieces.
4
Put all the ingredients in a deep plate or bowl: the grapes with the sweet wine, cheese and the slush.
