
8 large green cabbage leaves
600 g of mixed minced meat
1 spring onion

Before starting, preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Then, take a pot with boiling water, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the cabbage leaves for 4 to 5 minutes. Take them out immediately and pass them through very cold water to stop the cooking process.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and brown it in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Once it loses the whitish color, add the meat. Season with salt and pepper and aromatic herbs. Let it cook for a few minutes at medium heat.

Then, fill the cabbage leaves with the meat, make little bags and place them in a baking dish with oil.

Finally, put it in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
