Start by mixing the yogurt with the honey in a bowl.

Next, open up the melon and remove the seeds. Empty it with the help of a fruit pourer or an ice cream scoop to make balls of the same size. Put them in a deep plate or bowl, cover them and put them in the fridge with plastic wrap.

Before serving, wash and finely chop a couple of sprigs of mint. Serve the cold melon balls with the yogurt mixed with honey.
