 300 g of Boliches de Luesia
 1 head of garlic from Organic Farming
 0.50 onion with PDO Onion from Fuentes de Ebro
 2 bay leaves
 1 tablespoon of Organic Farming flour
 2 hard-boiled eggs
 Extra virgin olive oil with PDO Oil Sierra del Moncayo

The day before, put the boliches to soak.

Start cooking the boliches with cold water with the bay leaf and the whole head of garlic. When it boils, skim and scare the boliches with cold water.

Cook at low heat for at least 2 hours.

Chop the onion, fry it and add the flour to remove the raw flavor.

Meanwhile, prepare the hard-boiled eggs.

Once the boliches are cooked, we add the sauteed mixture of flour and onion.

There is no need to use the spoon to stir, only with pot movements so that the boliches do not fall apart.

To serve, grate some hard-boiled egg on top.
