
500 g of carrots
100 g of raisins
2 tbsp of flower honey
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cc of ground cumin
1 cc of ground cinnamon
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt, pepper

Start by peeling the carrots and grating them with a grater with large holes. Then, with a fork, mix the honey with the lemon juice, the cumin and the cinnamon in a bowl; season with salt and pepper and add a good trickle of oil.

Next, add the carrots to the bowl and stir well so that it is well impregnated with the dressing.

Preferably leave the salad in the fridge until it is ready to serve.
