Lavar las manzanas y retirar el corazón.
Colocarlas en una cacerola con el azúcar, las especias y el vino.
Calentar y cuando llegue a ebullición, reducir el fuego y cubrir la cacerola. Dejar cocer a fuego lento hasta que las manzanas estén tiernas, aproximadamente 10 o 15 minutos.
Se pueden servir frías o calientes.
