Set aside in the fridge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Peel the hardboiled eggs and let them cool.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>In a bowl, combine the olive oil, sherry vinegar and powdered salt and ground black pepper. Leave the vinaigrette at room temperature.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Drain the asparagus, and arrange on the plate. You can use some canned juice if you like.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add the diced vegetables on top of the asparagus and season the dish with the vinaigrette.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Finally shred the hardboiled eggs, half an egg on top of each plate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">NOTE<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>* The addition of the egg is optional.
