Clean the spinach, remove the bottom stem and gently rinse with water. Drain and chop them. Bring 250ml of water to a boil with a teaspoon of salt in a saucepan and cook the spinach for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Remove saucepan from heat and drain the spinach with a colander. Brown the diced ham and pine nuts for a minute in a wide frying pan. Add the olive oil and drained raisins and cook for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add the spinach, mix well and add a pinch of salt.
