Cortar los tomates pelados en rodajas gruesas. Formar rosas con las pieles de los tomates. Escurrir las sardinillas del aceite.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Poner en el centro del plato una rodaja de tomate, espolvoreado con un poco de sal. Distribuir alrededor las sardinillas para formar las estrellas con suficiente espacio entre ellas. Ali\u00f1ar los esp\u00e1rragos y colocar un esp\u00e1rrago verde con medio esp\u00e1rrago blanco a cada lado entre las sardinillas. Situar una rosa de piel de tomate sobre la rodaja central y rellenarla de ma\u00edz.
