Let stand in the fridge for half an hour.<br \/>\nCut the tomato into slices. Separate the lettuce buds into leaves.<br \/>\nWash, drain and set aside.<br \/>\nForm the burger patties with the mixture.<br \/>\nCook the burgers on a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil so they do not stick. Do not overcook them, they should be juicy on the inside.<br \/>\nCut the buns in half.
