Surround the fish with the potatoes and the onions, salt to taste. Pour the rest of the olive oil over the potatoes, onions and fish.<br \/>\nCook in the oven at 200\u00baC, frequently wetting until the fish pulls apart easily (20 minutes to half an hour).
