{"id":3538,"date":"2017-05-06T11:13:47","date_gmt":"2017-05-06T11:13:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/?post_type=cp_recipe&#038;p=3538\/"},"modified":"2017-12-11T03:10:20","modified_gmt":"2017-12-11T03:10:20","slug":"stuffed-baked-peaches","status":"publish","type":"cp_recipe","link":"https:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/en\/recipes\/stuffed-baked-peaches\/","title":{"rendered":"Stuffed Baked Peaches"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p>serves 8, 1\/2 peach per person<\/p>\n<p>4  large fresh peaches<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1\/2 cup sugar<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  a pinch of cinnamon<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t3 or 4  small pieces of lemon rind<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1 tsp margarine<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t3 tbsp marashino or other liqueur<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2  large macaroons<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2 tbsp chopped almonds<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2 tbsp grated candied fruit rind\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Peel the fresh peaches, split them in half, remove the pits and cook gently for a few minutes in water with sugar, cinnamon, lemon rind, margarine and maraschino.<br \/>\nCrumble the macaroons and mix with the chopped almonds and candied fruit rind. Fill the hollow of the peaches with the mixture and place them in a buttered baking dish. Pour the syrup over the peaches and bake at 200\u00baC for 15 minutes.
