{"id":3039,"date":"2017-02-11T11:10:30","date_gmt":"2017-02-11T11:10:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/?post_type=cp_recipe&#038;p=3039\/"},"modified":"2017-12-12T01:03:35","modified_gmt":"2017-12-12T01:03:35","slug":"orange-rice-pudding","status":"publish","type":"cp_recipe","link":"https:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/en\/recipes\/orange-rice-pudding\/","title":{"rendered":"Orange Rice Pudding"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p>serves 6-8<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup rice<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  A pinch of salt<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t3 cups 2 per cent milk<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2  egg yolks, beating till lemon-coloured<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1\/2 cup golden raisins<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1\/4 cup sugar<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1 tbsp curacao or brandy<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  Grated rind of 1 orange<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t2  egg whites<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2 tbsp powdered sugar<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1\/4 tsp vanilla\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Cook the rice, with a pinch of salt, in the milk until it is tender, about 20 minutes.<br \/>\nStir the egg yolks, raisins, sugar, brandy, and orange rind and place in a 1.5-2 litre capacity overproof dish.<br \/>\nBeat the egg whites until stiff.
