{"id":2858,"date":"2017-01-08T10:36:23","date_gmt":"2017-01-08T10:36:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/?post_type=cp_recipe&#038;p=2858\/"},"modified":"2017-12-12T11:15:08","modified_gmt":"2017-12-12T11:15:08","slug":"chocolate-souffle","status":"publish","type":"cp_recipe","link":"https:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/en\/recipes\/chocolate-souffle\/","title":{"rendered":"Chocolate Souffl\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p>serves 3-4<\/p>\n<p>1 cup semi skimmed milk<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t100 g sweet chocolate<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t4 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1 tbsp margarine<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2 tbsp flour<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t3  eggs, separated<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1\/2 tsp vanilla<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1 tbsp icing sugar (optional)\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Pre-heat the oven to 175\u00baC.<br \/>\n\u201cButter\u201d a straight-sided ovenproof 20 centimeter dish and dust with a little powdered sugar.<br \/>\nIn a saucepan, heat the milk, chocolate, and sugar together until the chocolate melts but do not allow the mixture to boil.<br \/>\nIn the top of a double boiler melt the margarine. Stir in the flour, then add the milk chocolate mixture, and blend well.<br \/>\nBeat the egg yolks until light, mix part of the milk mixture with the egg yolks, then add the yolk mixture to the rest of the ingredients and cook over boiling water, stirring continuously, until the mixture is thick and smooth.<br \/>\nRemove from heat and when cool add the vanilla.<br \/>\nBeat the egg whites until stiff.
