{"id":2405,"date":"2016-10-08T10:52:23","date_gmt":"2016-10-08T10:52:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/en\/?post_type=cp_recipe&#038;p=2405"},"modified":"2017-12-07T19:59:16","modified_gmt":"2017-12-07T19:59:16","slug":"potato-fish-shrimp-casserole","status":"publish","type":"cp_recipe","link":"https:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/en\/recipes\/potato-fish-shrimp-casserole\/","title":{"rendered":"Potato-Fish-Shrimp Casserole"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p>serves 4-6<\/p>\n<p>  6-8 potatoes<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t3 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1\/4 cup skim milk<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t75 g canned salmon<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  15-20 peeled and cleaned shrimp<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1 cup tomato sauce (for hot dish)<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1\/4 cup mayonnaise (for cold dish)\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Cut potatoes in quarters, boil in salted water until tender, drain, peel, and put them through a food mill. Mix with the olive oil and milk until smooth, salting to taste.<br \/>\nOil a heavy casserole and use half of the mashed potatoes to make a layer on the bottom. Distribute the fish on this in a uniform layer and cover with the rest of the potatoes.<br \/>\nBake in a moderate (175\u00baC) oven until the potatoes turn golden on the top.
