{"id":2287,"date":"2016-09-18T09:02:59","date_gmt":"2016-09-18T09:02:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/en\/?post_type=cp_recipe&#038;p=2287"},"modified":"2017-12-11T10:45:16","modified_gmt":"2017-12-11T10:45:16","slug":"potato-dumplings","status":"publish","type":"cp_recipe","link":"https:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/en\/recipes\/potato-dumplings\/","title":{"rendered":"Potato Dumplings"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p>serves 4<\/p>\n<p>2  medium sized potatoes<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1  egg<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1 1\/2 cups flour\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Cook potatoes in a small quantity of water, peel and mash.<br \/>\nStir in the unbeaten egg, add salt, and mix well.<br \/>\nGradually add flour, kneading until smooth.<br \/>\nForm into long rolls about 2 centimetres in diameter, cut into 2 cm lengths, and spread them to dry on a floured surface.
