{"id":2077,"date":"2016-08-14T09:47:09","date_gmt":"2016-08-14T09:47:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/en\/?post_type=cp_recipe&#038;p=2077"},"modified":"2017-12-12T12:39:32","modified_gmt":"2017-12-12T12:39:32","slug":"summer-salad","status":"publish","type":"cp_recipe","link":"https:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/en\/recipes\/summer-salad\/","title":{"rendered":"Summer Salad"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p>serves 4<\/p>\n<p>2  large tomatoes<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2  cucumbers<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1  onion or 2-3 scallions with leaves<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1  green pepper<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1\/4 cup olive oil<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2 tbsp vinegar<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  salt and pepper<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t100 g diced feta cheese<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t12  Greek black olives (Kalamata are best)\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Cut tomatoes and peeled cucumbers into pieces. Cut the onion into slices and separate the rings. Cut the green pepper into strips. Mix all the vegetables together and add the olive oil and vinegar add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with cheese and olives. Serve very cold.
