{"id":1988,"date":"2016-07-17T10:38:19","date_gmt":"2016-07-17T10:38:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/en\/?post_type=cp_recipe&#038;p=1988"},"modified":"2017-12-12T02:33:40","modified_gmt":"2017-12-12T02:33:40","slug":"genovese-tagliatelle-with-pesto","status":"publish","type":"cp_recipe","link":"https:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/en\/recipes\/genovese-tagliatelle-with-pesto\/","title":{"rendered":"Genovese Tagliatelle with Pesto"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p>300 g tagliatelle<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1  sprig of basil (6 leaves)<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1  sprig of parsley (2 tbsp)<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2  garlic cloves<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t150 g parmesan<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2 tbsp pine nuts<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  salt\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Wash the basil and parsley and blanch the garlic (peel them and boil in cold water, when boiling two seconds remove and place in ice water for 2 seconds), to remove the strong flavour, remove the central stem.<br \/>\nPut the pine nuts, garlic and herbs in an electric mixer and mash adding tablespoons of grated parmesan and olive oil to finish. It is a grainy sauce. Add water to cook the pasta.<br \/>\nCook the pasta according to the manufacturer\u2019s instructions and save 1 cup of the broth.<br \/>\nAdd 4 to 6 tablespoons of broth in the electric mixer. Mix for a few seconds.<br \/>\nDrain the pasta and toss with the pesto sauce.
