Proteins contribute to growth and tissue repair that to their structural function.<br \/>\nEggs were a staple in the most important ancient Greek feasts and particularly those held for a wedding.<\/p>\n<p>4 servings<\/p>\n<p>4  eggs<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1  medium potato<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1\/2  carrot<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t100 g serrano ham<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1  medium onion<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t300 g crushed tomatoes<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1  garlic clove<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  olive oil<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  salt to taste\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Wash the potato, carrot and tomato with plenty of water.<br \/>\nPeel the onion, potato, carrot and garlic clove and cut the potato, carrot and serrano ham into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and garlic.<br \/>\nIn a medium pot boil the potato and carrot for about 25 minutes. Preheat the oven to 250\u00baC.<br \/>\nPut olive oil in a medium pan and add the chopped onion, stir frying over low heat. When transparent, add the garlic and when golden, add the crushed tomatoes. It will be ready when the tomatoes darken.<br \/>\nWith the help of a tablespoon, place the tomato sauce at the base of each clay dish. Add a handful of potato, carrot and serrano ham over the tomato sauce.
