In a large bowl, mix the margarine and flour. Add the water, the oil and a pinch of salt. Mix well until a you obtain a compact dough.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Next, mix with your hands and form a ball in the center of the bowl. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Once this time has elapsed, take out the dough and put it in a mould, letting it stick out a little from the walls to keep the filling inside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Put raw chickpeas on top of the dough to prevent it from rising while it is in the oven.<br \/>\nPut the mould with the dough in the oven and let it cook for 15 minutes at 220\u00baC with heat at the top and bottom.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>While the dough is cooking, put on the filling. Cut\/chop the garlic cloves and fry them for a few minutes in a frying pan with a little oil. Add the spinach and stir well for about 5 minutes. Then add the cream and eggs and add a little nutmeg and pepper. Mix everything well and let it cook for a couple of minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Take out the dough from the oven and remove the chickpeas.
