 8 artichokes
 24 clams
 2 garlic cloves
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 cups vegetable or fish broth
 1 tbsp flour
 2 tbsp dry white wine

Fry in olive oil the two garlic cloves cut into thin slices, only until lightly browned.

Add the artichokes, which have been boiled before. Also add the broth, the dry white wine and a spoonful of flour so that the sauce slightly thickens (like a veluté).

Add the clams so that they have just enough time to open.
