Andalusian style Squid

 500 g squid
 500 g flour
 250 ml olive oil
 1 pinch of salt
 1 lemon

Clean the squid by removing the guts, tentacles and ink. Wash them and cut them into thick slices.

Salt the squid rings, putting them in a bowl and add the flour to coat them.

Heat abundant olive oil in a deep pan. When it is hot, add the squid rings to the pan and fry.

Remove the squid rings once golden and leave them on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Serve.
