Pomegranate and citrus

 4 pomegranates
 2 oranges
 1 grapefruit
 Zest of 1/2 lemon
 2 tbsp of honey
 Fresh mint leaves

Cut the pomegranates in half horizontally. Take half and, on the skin side, hit with a pestle: the grains will fall. Remove the yellow skins.

Squeeze the oranges and grapefruit to obtain their juice. Add the lemon zest, add the honey and beat well with a whisk.

In a container, add the pomegranates, juice and mint leaves, and rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Serve.
