Per iniciativa de la Fundaci\u00f3 Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia i en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb nombroses entitats internacionals, un ampli grup d&#8217;experts pertanyents a disciplines diverses, des de la nutrici\u00f3 a l&#8217;antropologia, passant per la sociologia i l&#8217;agricultura, ha consensuat un nou esquema que enriqueix la representaci\u00f3 gr\u00e0fica amb la incorporaci\u00f3 d&#8217;elements qualitatius.<\/h3>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h4>La nueva pir\u00e1mide sigue la pauta de la anterior: sit\u00faa en la base los alimentos que deben sustentar la dieta, y relega a los estratos superiores, gr\u00e1ficamente m\u00e1s estrechos, aquellos que se deben consumir con moderaci\u00f3n. Pero adem\u00e1s se a\u00f1aden indicaciones de orden cultural y social \u00edntimamente ligados al estilo de vida mediterr\u00e1neo, desde un concepto de la dieta entendida en un sentido amplio. No se trata tan s\u00f3lo de dar prioridad a un determinado tipo de alimentos, sino a la manera de seleccionarlos, de cocinarlos y de consumirlos. Les verdures haurien d&#8217;estar presents tant en el menjar com en el sopar, aproximadament dues racions a cada presa. Almenys una d&#8217;elles ha de ser crua.
