Triturem b\u00e9 l&#8217;alf\u00e0brega amb l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva: tenim el nostre oli d&#8217;alf\u00e0brega.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Paral\u00b7lelament, posem a bullir aigua en una olla i tirem la pasta amb una mica de sal i un fil d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva. Les coem el temps que surti en el paquet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Rentem i tallem a trossos d&#8217;uns 2 cm de gruix les bledes, inclosos les tiges.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Tallem els alls en l\u00e0mines i els posem a daurar en una paella amb una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva. Afegim les bledes i tapem. Baixem el foc i deixem que es facin amb el seu propi vapor durant uns minuts. Afegim la pasta cuita i barregem.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>En una altra olla, coem al vapor les escopinyes fins que estiguin tots oberts.
