Bullim i deixem reduir fins que s&#8217;evapori l&#8217;aigua.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Cuinem les patates senceres al forn a 180\u00ba durant uns 10 minuts i despr\u00e9s les marquem en la brasa. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Desossem les olives negres i les piquem molt fines. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Marquem la llonganissa preferiblement a la brasa. Si no \u00e9s possible, la podem daurar al forn a 200 \u00ba durant 10 minuts i despr\u00e9s la deixem refredar i tallem a rodanxes finites. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Amb la borratja, separem les tiges de les fulles i rentem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 no quedi terra. D\u2019una banda, coem les tiges amb aigua, sal i un rajol\u00ed de vinagre uns 4 minuts. I d&#8217;altra banda, coem les fulles per despr\u00e9s triturarles i fem una emulsi\u00f3 amb un ou i oli d&#8217;oliva. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Per fer la mostassa de borratja, utilitzem fulles de borratja que pr\u00e8viament hem cuit i triturem amb 100 ml de mostassa.
