Quan la ceba estigui dauradeta, afegim el congre en remull. Despr\u00e9s afegim la farina i remenem un parell de minuts.<br \/>\nAfegim els cigrons amb una mica d&#8217;aigua i deixem que bulli.<\/p>\n<p>Mentrestant, preparem la picada: utilitzarem un morter i afegirem 2-3 grans d&#8217;all, pa fregit i les fulles de julivert. Aixafem tot b\u00e9. Afegim la picada als cigrons i barregem b\u00e9 durant uns minuts. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, posem una olla amb aigua a bullir per preparar l&#8217;ou flor.  <\/p>\n<p>Per a cada ou, agafem un motlle en forma de c\u00e8rcol i li posem un paper de pl\u00e0stic a sobre. Afegim una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i casquem l&#8217;ou al centre.<\/p>\n<p>Emboliquem l&#8217;ou i el tanquem amb un nus.
