Portem a ebullici\u00f3, baixem el foc i coem, tapat 8 o 10 minuts o fins que el peix es trenqui al punxar amb una forquilla. El traiem de la paella. Aboquem la llet en una gerreta i reservem. Esmicolem el peix, rebutjant pells i espines.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Escalfem la mantega en un cass\u00f3 i fregim la farina a foc lent, remenant, 1 minut o fins que es dauri. Apartem el cass\u00f3 del foc i incorporem la llet a poc a poc, remenant perqu\u00e8 no es facin grumolls. Tornem a posar el cass\u00f3 a foc lent i, remenant, deixem que la beixamel bulli fins que s\u2019espesseixi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Apartem el cass\u00f3 del foc, incorporant el peix i barregem b\u00e9. Afegim les t\u00e0peres, el pebre vermell, l\u2019all, la llimona i el julivert i salpebrem. Estenem la pasta en un plat i deixem refredar; tapem i deixem a la nevera 2 o 3 hores o tota la nit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Batem l\u2019ou en un plat i en un altre barregem el pa ratllat amb el s\u00e8sam. Fem amb la pasta 12 croquetes, passant-les per l\u2019ou i despr\u00e9s pel pa ratllat. Les deixem a la nevera 1 hora.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Escalfem l\u2019oli en una fregidora, o una paella, i fregim les croquetes, en tandes, fins que es daurin. Les deixem esc\u00f3rrer sobre paper de cuina.
