Si cal, posem una mica m\u00e9s de farina.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Deixem de reposar la massa uns 45 minuts, fins que hagi doblat en volum.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>La estirem amb un corr\u00f3 fins que quedi molt fina i amb un bol petit, anem tallant la massa, fent rodones.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Per al farciment<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Fem un sofregit fregint a foc lent la ceba i els pebrots tallats molt petits. Afegim sal i el tom\u00e0quet triturat i deixem coure a foc lent durant uns 20 minut. Apaguem el foc i deixem refredar uns minuts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Afegim les llaunes de tonyina. Passem el farcit per un colador i deixem que tots els l\u00edquids s\u2019escorrin, aix\u00ed tindrem un farciment m\u00e9s compacte.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>D\u2019altra banda coem els ous durant uns 10 minuts en aigua. Retirem i reservem.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Piquem els ous durs i els afegim al farcit i barregem b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Per a les crestes<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Estirem la massa i posem una cullerada de farciment, tanquem la cresta i segellem amb una mica d\u2019ou batut i una forquilla per tancar-les.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 10\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Les posem en una safata de forn, untem d\u2019ou per sobre i les posem al forn a 180\u00baC fins que es daurin.
