Amb un ganivet afilat, fem un tall superficial al llarg del llom de cada gamba i llevem el fil intestinal. Aclarim les gambes sota l\u2019aigua freda i les deixem assecar sobre paper de cuina.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Escalfem l\u2019oli en una paella gran de base gruixuda i fregim l\u2019all durant 30 segons. Afegim les gambes i, removent de tant en tant, fregim durant 5 minuts o fins que es posin rosades i comencin a enroscar-se. Llavors, incorporem la ratlladura i el suc de llimona i un raig de xer\u00e8s i removem.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Passem les gambes a una font, salpebrem i empolvorem amb julivert.
