Piquem la ceba i el porro a quadrats molt petits, l\u2019api, tom\u00e0quet i pastanaga a trossets.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Posem un parell de culleres d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge en una paella. Quan estigui calent, hi afegim la ceba, la pastanaga, l\u2019all i el porro, salpebrem, tapem i baixem el foc, deixem coure fins que la ceba estigui transparent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Afegim el tom\u00e0quet i l\u2019api, tornem a posar al foc fort fins que comenci a bombollejar, baixem el foc, tapem i deixem que acabi de cuinar fins que el tom\u00e0quet estigui en el seu punt. Passem pel passa pur\u00e9 i colador perqu\u00e8 ens quedi una salsa molt fina. Ajustem de sal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Posem els musclos en una paella calenta, els cobrim amb la salsa de tom\u00e0quet i els tapem. Deixem que es cuinin i anem retirant les que s\u2019obren, col\u00b7locant-les en una font per aix\u00ed evitar que es cuinin massa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Quan estiguin tots els musclos aboquem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet per sobre i afegim l\u2019alf\u00e0brega picada per sobre.
