Cobreixi-les amb aigua salada, porti-les a ebullici\u00f3 i cogui-les a foc lent uns 10 o 15 minuts, fins que estiguin tendres.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Mentrestant, prepari la salsa. Escalfi l\u2019oli en una cassola i sofregeixi la ceba i l\u2019all 5 minuts, fins que estiguin tendres. Afegeixi el iogurt, el suc de llimona, el julivert i les t\u00e0peres i escalfi-ho 1 o 2 minuts; no deixi que bulli perqu\u00e8s es podria tallar. Incorpori la mostassa, remogui i salpebri la salsa al gust.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Escorri la ratlla i reparteixi-la entre quatre plats calents.
