Afegiu la ceba i remou ocasionalment fins que quedi transparent. Afegeix l\u2019all, el carbass\u00f3, l\u2019alberg\u00ednia i una mica de sal, remou ocasionalment durant uns 8 minuts. Afegeix la resta de les verdures i els tom\u00e0quets triturats. Deixeu que bulli a foc lent i cuini fins que el l\u00edquid s\u2019hagi espessit. Afegiu l\u2019alf\u00e0brega i la sal i pebre al gust.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>En un bol mitj\u00e0, barregi la ricota, els ous i \u00bd culleradeta de sal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Poseu una quantitat suficient de barreja de verdures en una font per coure i cobreixi lleugerament el fons. Col\u00b7loqui 4 fideus longitudinalment i un al costa de l\u2019altre per cobrir el fons. Esteneu aproximadament la meitat de la barreja de formatge ricota sobre els fideus. Empolvoreu amb un ter\u00e7 del formatge parmes\u00e0 i un ter\u00e7 del formatge mozzarella. Cobreixi amb un ter\u00e7 de la barreja de verdures. Posa una altra capa de fideus i repeteix amb la resta dle formatge i les verdures. Podeu acabar amb una capa final de fideus, verdures, formatge parmes\u00e0 i mozzarella.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Tapeu amb paper d\u2019alumini i fica\u2019l al forn durant 20 minuts, treu el paper d\u2019alumini i deixa\u2019l 15 minuts fins que el formatge estigui cruixent al voltant de les vores. Gratini el formatge durant 1 o 2 minuts.
