Cal fer-ho a foc molt lent. Quan el sucre estigui llest hi afegim un bon raig de vinagre i ho deixem reduir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Posem un parell de gotes en una paella i posem l\u2019\u00e0nec per la part de la pell. Mentre el magret es fa, preparem les patates, pelant-les i tallant-les en gla\u00e7ons petits, les posem a buillir en aigua amb un polsim de sal.
