Pelar-los traient els fils i partir en trossos d\u2019uns dos cent\u00edmetres. Posar-los a coure en una cassola coberts d\u2019aigua a foc lent, durant mitja hora aproximadament, amb una mica de sal i el suc de llimona.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Ofegar mentrestant el pernil en oli d\u2019oliva i afegir les ametlles, aix\u00ed com una mica d\u2019aigua procedent de la cocci\u00f3 dels cards.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Deixar al foc uns minuts i incorporar a la cassola amb els cards.
