Passeu la col i les patates a una cassola i trinxeu-les amb l\u2019ajut de l\u2019escumadora, per tal que quedi ben barrejat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>En una paella amb una mica d\u2019oli i una mica de llard, fregiu-hi els alls pelats; quan estiguin ben daurats, retireu-los. Afegiu-hi despr\u00e9s la cansalada i fregiu-la b\u00e9, fins que quedi ben rossa. Reserveu-la.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Poseu una mica d\u2019aquest oli a dins de la cassola on hi ha la col i les patates, i removeu-la b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>A la paella on heu fregit la cansalada, i amb el greix que queda, poseu-hi tot el que hi ha a la cassola, formeu com una truita i enrossiu-la molt \u00b4be per les dues bandes.
