peix i coure al microones 2 minuts amb una cullerada d\u2019aigua, un rajol\u00ed d\u2019oli i una mica de sal. Tapat amb pl\u00e0stic. Deixar refredar i esmoiclar.<\/p>\n<p>Coure el manat de br\u00f2quil amb una mica de sal. Refrescar i reservar.<\/p>\n<p>Preparar les salses.<\/p>\n<p>Picar les olives a trossets petits.<\/p>\n<p>Barrejar la farina amb el llevat i tamisar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Per a la salsa de tom\u00e0quet<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Ofegar la ceba en l\u2019oli durant 12 minuts fins que estigui transparent. Afegir el pebrot del piquillo, el com\u00ed i el tom\u00e0quet ratllat. Deixar coure 15 minuts, rectificar de sal i sucre (podem afegir sacarina). Triturar. Reservar calent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Per a la salsa de p\u00e8sols<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Peleu la patata, rentar i partir en trossos. Rentar la ceba tendra i partir-la en trossos petits. Desembeinar els p\u00e8sols i rentar-los. Ofegar la ceba tendra en l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva i quan prengui una mica de color, afegir els p\u00e8sols. Ofegar una mica. Afegir l\u2019arr\u00f2s i la patata trossejada. Cobrir amb el brou i deixar coure fins que estigui tot tendre. Triturar, tamisar i rectificar el punt de sal. Reservar calent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Per a les magdalenes<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Muntar a la batedora amb l\u2019adaptador de muntat o varetes els ous fins que doblin el seu volum. Incorporar la llet, l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva, el vi blanc i la sal. Seguir batent. Afegir la barreja de farina i llevat. Batre fins que estigui tot ben barrejat. Amb la m\u00e0quina parada, afegir el formatge ratllat, les olives i el peix reservat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Omplir les c\u00e0psules de magdalenes amb la barreja, amb l\u2019ajuda d\u2019una m\u00e0niga sense filtre. Decorar la superf\u00edcie amb trossets d\u2019olives negres, pebrot vermell i br\u00f2quil cuit formant caretes. Deixar reposar 5 minuts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Escalfar el forn a 180\u00baC i introduir les magdalenes fins que formin una muntanya a la superf\u00edcie i estiguin dauradetes uns 15 minuts.
