Deixar coure 8 minuts aproximadament. Esc\u00f3rrer i refrescar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Peleu les gambes en cru i reservar-les; les closques tamb\u00e9. Tallar els alls i els bitxos en l\u00e0mines. Posar les closques de les gambes a coure durant 10 minuts cobertes d\u2019aigua amb una mica de sal a gust, colar i reservar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Posar al forn els tom\u00e0quets, cebes i alls pelats amb la meitat de l\u2019oli durant 15 minuts. Condimentar amb una mica de sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Triturar amb ajuda del brou de les gambes i reservar calent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Posar sobre el foc una pella amb la meitat de l\u2019oli i quan estigui ben calent, afegir els alls a rodanxes. Quan es comencin a daurar, afegeix el bitxo i, a continuaci\u00f3, les gambes amb un pessic de sal. Remoure tot, m\u00e9s o menys 1 minut i reservar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>En l\u2019oli d\u2019ofegar les gambes posar els espaguetis i saltar durant dos minuts, la preparaci\u00f3 anterior i deixar 1 minut.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Posar la salsa al fons del plat que ten\u00edem reservada calent.
