{"id":4413,"date":"2017-11-11T09:42:13","date_gmt":"2017-11-11T09:42:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/?post_type=cp_recipe&#038;p=4413"},"modified":"2017-12-12T10:25:58","modified_gmt":"2017-12-12T10:25:58","slug":"mongetes-amb-musclos","status":"publish","type":"cp_recipe","link":"https:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/ca\/recipes\/mongetes-amb-musclos\/","title":{"rendered":"Mongetes amb musclos"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p>per a 4 persones<\/p>\n<p>350 g mongetes<br \/>\n1  dent d&#8217;all<br \/>\n1  fulla de llorer<br \/>\n1\/2  ceba amb 8 o 10 claus punxats<br \/>\n2  branques de julivert<br \/>\n500 g musclos<br \/>\n1 tbsp oli d&#8217;oliva<br \/>\n100 g ceba<br \/>\n2  dents d&#8217;all<br \/>\n250 g tom\u00e0quets madurs<br \/>\n1  fulla de llorer<br \/>\n1 tbsp vi blanc<br \/>\n20 g farina<br \/>\n6  branques de julivert<br \/>\n  un tros de bitxo<br \/>\n10  brins de safr\u00e0<br \/>\n250 ml aigua<br \/>\n  sal\n<\/p>\n<p>Peleu els tom\u00e0quets i triturar-los en la turmix. Rentar el julivert, retirar les tiges i picar les fulles molt petites. Posar les mongetes en remull en abundant aigua freda. Netejar les musclos i rentar-los. Picar en el morter el safr\u00e0 amb una mica de sal.<br \/>\nPosar les mongetes a coure cobertes d\u2019aigua. Quan trenquin a bullir, escumar i afegir la ceba clavetejada, els alls, el llorer i el julivert. Coure a foc lent perqu\u00e8 no es trenquin fins que estiguin tendres.<br \/>\nOfegar l\u2019all en l\u2019oli i una vegada ofegat afegir la ceba. Seguir ofegant a foc lent durant 15 minuts aproximadament. Incorporar les musclos, afegir la farina i ofegar una mica. Afegir el vi i el bitxo. Ofegar 1 minut. Tirar el tom\u00e0quet i coure 5 minuts m\u00e9s.<br \/>\nAfegir l\u2019aigua, el llorer, la sal, el safr\u00e0, el julivert picat i fer bullir amb el recipient tapat fins a veure les musclos obertes.<br \/>\nUnir els musclos amb les mongetes i coure tot durant 5 minuts.
