{"id":2402,"date":"2016-10-08T10:52:23","date_gmt":"2016-10-08T10:52:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/ca\/?post_type=cp_recipe&#038;p=2402"},"modified":"2017-12-10T08:10:44","modified_gmt":"2017-12-10T08:10:44","slug":"patates-guisades-amb-peix","status":"publish","type":"cp_recipe","link":"https:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/ca\/recipes\/patates-guisades-amb-peix\/","title":{"rendered":"Patates guisades amb peix"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p>4-6 persones<\/p>\n<p>  entre 6-8 patates<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2 tbsp d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1\/4 cup llet desnatada<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  sal<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t75 g salm\u00f3 en llauna<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  entre 15 i 20 gambes pelades i netes<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1 cup salsa de tom\u00e0quet (si es serveix calent)<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1\/4 cup maionesa (si es serveix fred)\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Tallar les patates a daus, bullir-les amb aigua salada fins que estiguin tendres, esc\u00f3rrer, pelar i passar-les pel passapur\u00e9. Barrejar amb l\u2019oli i la llet fins que estiguin suaus, salar al gust.<br \/>\nGreixar una cassola de fons gruixut i utilitzar la meitat del pur\u00e9 de patates per fer una capa en el fons. Repartir el peix sobre aquesta capa uniforme i tapar amb la resta de patates.<br \/>\nCoure al forn a foc moderat (175\u00baC) fins que les patates estiguin daurades per damunt.
