Barrejar els ous amb la llet, afegir la meitat als ingredients secs i batre fins a obtenir una barreja uniforme. A continuaci\u00f3, s\u2019afegeix gradualment la resta de l\u2019ou i la llet batent constantment.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tEscalfar una paella d\u2019uns 10 o 12 cent\u00edmetres fins que una gota d\u2019aigua salti. S\u2019enrotlla i es col\u00b7loquen en una font al forn a uns 60\u00baC perqu\u00e8 no es refredin. Repetir el proc\u00e9s fins que s\u2019hagi acabat tota la pasta, afegint oli amb cada crep.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tPer a la salsa<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tBarrejar l\u2019escor\u00e7a de llimona i de taronja amb el suc de taronja en una cassola petita amb el sucre i el sucre glac\u00e9 i portar a ebullici\u00f3. A continuaci\u00f3, s\u2019afegeix el licor, s\u2019aboca la salsa calenta sobre les creps i es flameja en el moment de servir.
