{"id":2256,"date":"2016-09-09T12:59:33","date_gmt":"2016-09-09T12:59:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/ca\/?post_type=cp_recipe&#038;p=2256"},"modified":"2017-12-10T07:21:34","modified_gmt":"2017-12-10T07:21:34","slug":"rotlle-de-carn-a-la-siciliana","status":"publish","type":"cp_recipe","link":"https:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/ca\/recipes\/rotlle-de-carn-a-la-siciliana\/","title":{"rendered":"Rotlle de carn a la siciliana"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p>4-6 persones<\/p>\n<p>400 g rod\u00f3 de vedella magre, filet o filets de faldilla, d&#8217;un o dos cent\u00edmetres de gruix<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t5  llesques de pa, esmicolat<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2  ous<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2 tbsp julivert tallat fi<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2 tbsp formatge permes\u00e0 ratllat<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  sal i pebre<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1  salsitxa, cuita i trossejada<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t50 g formatge fresc, tallat a trossos petits<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1\/4 cup d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2  cebes, tallades fines<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1  dent d&#8217;all, picat<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1  fulla de llorer<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1 cup vi negre sec<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1  llauna de tom\u00e0quets pelats\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Treure qualsevol greix extern del filet i colpejar per allisar i entendrir la carn.<br \/>\nBarrejar el pa esmicolat, els ous, el julivert i el formatge parmes\u00e0, salpebrar i escampar per sobre de la carn.<br \/>\nDistribuir l\u2019embotit i el formatge per sobre del farcit i enrotllar el filet, lligar amb un cordill.<br \/>\nEn una paella amb tapa o una cassola, escalfar l\u2019oli. Primer daurar el rotllo de carn per tots els costats, retirar i deixar al plat.<br \/>\nA la paella, afegir les cebes, l\u2019all, la fulla de llorer, el vi i el tom\u00e0quet.<br \/>\nAssaonar al gust amb sal, tornar a posar el rotllo a la paella.
