Tallar la ceba a rodanxes i separar els c\u00e8rcols. Tallar el pebrot verd a tires. A continuaci\u00f3 es barregen totes les verdures amb oli i vinagre, i s\u2019afegeix sal i pebre al gust. Amanir amb el formatge i les olives. Servir molt fred.
