(Es pot posar tamb\u00e9 brou de pollastre en comptes de brou de verdures)<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2  fulles de llorer<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  julivert<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  pebre negre<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  roman\u00ed en pols<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  alf\u00e0brega<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t4 tbsp de parmes\u00e0 ratllat i una tallada de 20g de la part m\u00e9s dura<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1  tassa d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  sal<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t1  ceba<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1  nap<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1  pastanaga<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t2  branquetes d&#8217;api<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t1  tom\u00e0quet de branca molt madur<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  sal\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Per el brou casol\u00e0 de verdures<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tPosar en una olla a pressi\u00f3 r\u00e0pida, amb un litre d\u2019aigua, totes les verdures rentades i en trossos grans. Posar sal.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tCoure 5 minuts.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tPer la sopa<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tPosar a remull les mongetes la nit anterior. Llen\u00e7ar l\u2019aigua de remull i coure en olla pressi\u00f3 r\u00e0pida (uns minuts) amb 1 l de brou de verdures, o de pollastre, el llorer, \u00bd ceba i roman\u00ed m\u00f2lt.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tMentrestant, picar fi 1 ceba amb els alls. Rentar i trossejar totes les verdures i triturar els tom\u00e0quets.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tSofregir la ceba amb els alls en una cassola plana gran amb 1 tasseta d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva durant 5 minuts, despr\u00e9s la resta de verdures i sofregir 20 minuts a foc molt lent. Posar sal.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tColar el brou de coure les mongetes (reservar les mongetes) i afegir-lo, al sofregit de verdures de la cassola. Afegir la tallada de parmes\u00e0, julivert, pebre i alf\u00e0brega. Coure 15 minuts. Afegir les mongetes reservades i coure 5 minuts m\u00e9s tot junt.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tServir la sopa empolvorada amb el parmes\u00e0 ratllat.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Font: Recepta extreta del llibre Men\u00fas mediterraneos.
